Support for Migrant Women

Many of Connecticut's migrant women come from cultures in which tradition designates the husband as the sole breadwinner for the family. Some organizations in Connecticut focus directly on empowering migrant women to utilize their skills as a source of income and encourage them to explore entrepreneurship - like New Haven's Sanctuary Kitchen, featured in this video.
